LVMH Academic Relations Coordinator Intern

- Organize and coordinate various academic events such as school forums, conferences, visits, LVMH Day, round tables, and business cases with internal and external stakeholders.
- Send and update the academic calendar listing all school-related actions with partners and target schools.
- Manage administrative tasks for events, including registrations, participant confirmations, and logistics.
- Handle external service providers for events, including stand builders, caterers, photographers, and branding elements.
- Ensure qualitative and quantitative feedback collection post-events.
- Create promotional materials for student event registrations and LinkedIn posts for employer branding.
- Act as an ambassador for INSIDE LVMH, Graduate Programs, and the new event tracking tool, aHRtémis.
- Collaborate closely with Houses to maximize recruitment from partner and target schools for internships and apprenticeships.
- Conduct monthly meetings with partner and target schools, producing polished presentations for Academic Steering Committees.
- Propose innovative initiatives aligned with the roadmap.
- Update actions in aHRtémis and ensure its effective use among Houses.
- Manage operational follow-up of quotes and invoices with partners and service providers.
- First experience in HR functions such as talent management or recruitment.
- Sensitivity and capability for communication and event organization.
- Affinity for the luxury industry.
- International experience and knowledge of the international educational system are advantageous.
- Fluency in French and a high level of English proficiency are required.
