1. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for Client Services staff.
2. Create training materials and resources for live and virtual sessions.
3. Animate products for client advisors to boost sales.
4. Support the Knowledge Coordinator by uploading and creating content on Sharepoint and Knowledge tools.
5. Collaborate on action plans based on the Maison’s priorities.
6. Adapt tools and content according to strategy and priorities.

1. Bachelor or master’s internship agreement required.
2. Fluent in English.

1. Excellent computer skills, including PowerPoint and Canvas.
2. Knowledge of Sharepoint is a plus.
3. Strong communication and presentation skills.
4. Advanced organizational skills.
5. Ability to work with deadlines and prioritize tasks.
6. Proactive and people-oriented.
7. Service-minded and a team player.

Beginner

Internship agreement from school required. The internship is only possible with the internship agreement or a Belgian CIP agreement.
