1. Support the Learning and Expert Team of Client Services in developing and implementing training programs for Client Services staff, including organization, planning, and co-animation.
2. Assist in creating training materials and resources for both live and virtual training sessions.
3. Collaborate with product experts to animate products for client advisors to enhance sales, including managing orders and product animation.
4. Serve as a backup for the Knowledge Coordinator by uploading and creating content on SharePoint and the Knowledge tool in collaboration with the Knowledge Coordinator.
5. Assist in developing action plans based on the Maison’s priorities in collaboration with other departments.
6. Adapt tools and content according to strategy and priorities.

1. Bachelor's or Master's internship agreement required from school or Belgian CIP agreement.
2. Fluency in English.

1. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and Canvas; knowledge of SharePoint is a plus.
2. Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills with a sense of ownership.
3. Ability to work under deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks without losing attention to detail.
4. Proactive and people-oriented.
5. Service-minded and a team player.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Bachelor's or Master's degree internship agreement required.
