1. Provide operational support to stores and country logistics teams, addressing product availability, order tracking, and delivery needs.
2. Collaborate with transport and warehouse teams to ensure seamless logistics flows.
3. Offer practical solutions to daily challenges faced by retail outlets.
4. Manage the product lifecycle by enhancing processes and tools, ensuring product launches are well-stocked, and analyzing stock levels for rebalancing.
5. Oversee end-of-life product processes, including return flows and execution.
6. Contribute to the enhancement of existing tools (Power BI) and the development of new dashboards for visibility and process automation.
7. Participate in store activations by sourcing products for specific events, organizing delivery schedules, and coordinating product returns post-activation.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering school, undertaking a second-year internship or final-year internship.
2. Previous experience in supply chain (internship or apprenticeship) is preferred.

1. Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI and SQL is advantageous.
2. Recognized for rigor, organizational skills, and analytical logic.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a demanding team environment.
4. Curiosity, proactivity, and multitasking ability.
5. Fluent in English.

Beginner level, suitable for students with some prior exposure to supply chain operations.

Pursuing an engineering degree, ideally in a gap year or final year of study.
