Louis Vuitton Supply Chain Assistant Intern

- Provide operational support to stores and country logistics teams, addressing product availability, order tracking, and delivery needs.
- Collaborate with transport and warehouse teams to ensure seamless logistics flows.
- Offer practical solutions to daily challenges faced by retail outlets.
- Manage the product lifecycle by enhancing processes and tools, ensuring product launches are well-stocked, and analyzing stock levels for rebalancing.
- Oversee end-of-life product processes, including return flows and execution.
- Contribute to the enhancement of existing tools (Power BI) and the development of new dashboards for visibility and process automation.
- Participate in store activations by sourcing products for specific events, organizing delivery schedules, and coordinating product returns post-activation.
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school, undertaking a second-year internship or final-year internship.
- Previous experience in supply chain (internship or apprenticeship) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI and SQL is advantageous.
- Recognized for rigor, organizational skills, and analytical logic.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a demanding team environment.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and multitasking ability.
- Fluent in English.
Beginner level, suitable for students with some prior exposure to supply chain operations.
Pursuing an engineering degree, ideally in a gap year or final year of study.
