1. Identify, recruit, and develop talent, ensuring succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
2. Set individual and team goals; proactively assess and manage performance against expectations.

4. Support the team in building long-term client relationships, leveraging clienteling tools.
5. Establish a client-centric mindset in-store to ensure the highest level of client experience.

7. Provide the Country office with product recommendations and qualitative feedback based on local market knowledge.
8. Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance.
9. Act as a role model demonstrating sales leadership to the team, fostering cross-selling and client repurchase.
10. Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management.
11. Champion a product category, providing feedback to the Country Merchandising team.
12. Ensure policies, brand standards, and grooming guidelines are communicated and implemented.
13. Support operations team in inventory management and staff planning.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail management.
