Louis Vuitton Talent Management Project Manager

- Lead and coordinate talent review processes for key functions, collaborating closely with HR teams and organizing associated meetings.
- Train HR teams on talent review processes and provide ongoing support throughout the campaign.
- Ensure data accuracy in HRIS for optimal information management during talent review campaigns.
- Conduct talent review analyses, identify opportunities, and implement actions in collaboration with HR teams to support employee development.
- Actively contribute to high-impact projects that promote career development and international mobility.
- Serve as an ambassador for the Talent Management team on strategic e-HR projects.
- Participate in the enhancement and implementation of processes, tools, and KPIs to facilitate information sharing and decision-making.
- Animate and engage the global Talent Community on Talent Management priorities through collaborative and synergistic sharing moments.
- Participate in the integration of new members into the Talent Community.
- Degree from a business school or university with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Management or Compensation & Benefits being advantageous, especially in an international setting.
- Proven experience in managing HR projects.
- International experience.
- Strong affinity for data and analysis, with advanced proficiency in office tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.
- Organized, structured, and demonstrates flexibility and agility.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
- Excellent listening, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to maintain discretion.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in French is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years in Human Resources, preferably with experience in Talent Management or Compensation & Benefits in an international environment.
Degree in Human Resources or related field from a business school or university.
