Talent Management Project Manager

1. Lead large-scale projects to enhance talent development within the company.
2. Coordinate cross-functional actions with HR teams across headquarters, industrial sectors, regions, e-HR, HR Data, and Employee Experience and Engagement.
3. Prepare and lead talent reviews for key functions, collaborating closely with HR teams.
4. Train HR teams on the talent review process and support them throughout the campaign.
5. Ensure data reliability in HRIS for optimal information management during talent review campaigns.
6. Analyze talent reviews, identify opportunities, and implement actions to support employee development.
7. Contribute to projects promoting career development and international mobility.
8. Act as an ambassador for Talent Management on strategic e-HR projects.
9. Participate in the improvement and implementation of processes, tools, and KPIs.
10. Animate and engage the global Talent Community on Talent Management priorities.
11. Support the integration of new members into the Talent Community.

1. Degree from a business school or university with a specialization in Human Resources.

1. Strong data and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
2. Excellent organizational, structured, and flexible approach.
3. Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
4. Outstanding listening and communication skills.
5. Ability to build trust and maintain discretion.
6. Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in French is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years in Human Resources, with experience in Talent Management or Compensation & Benefits being advantageous, especially in an international environment. Successful experience in HR project management and international exposure.
