1. Expand the scope of stylists' expertise to include both fashion and lifestyle styling through advanced training and coaching.
2. Facilitate the development of coaching and soft skills to enhance leadership on the sales floor, ensuring accountability and effective outcomes.
3. Create and implement programs to enhance stylists' knowledge of fashion trends and styling capabilities, with a focus on men's fashion.
4. Provide stylists with timely resources and information on industry news, competitor products, and styling trends.
5. Enhance the onboarding program for new stylists to ensure a smooth transition.
6. Develop and standardize training and coaching programs for retail teams, ensuring a unified approach across all levels.
7. Strengthen coaching programs for newcomers, focusing on practical content such as ready-to-wear fitting guidelines.
8. Tailor training methodologies to suit the unique characteristics of each store, such as high-traffic or ready-to-wear focused locations.
9. Deliver effective training materials and resources to maximize store business and category sales.
10. Cultivate fashion experts through the LV Fashion Academy Program, developing staff competencies and confidence.
11. Identify potential retail specialists and update the academy curriculum annually to align with store needs and goals.
12. Produce educational materials in accordance with the LV Fashion Academy curriculum.
13. Collaborate with the Senior Styling Manager to establish the annual academy budget.

1. Minimum of 10 years in luxury retail.
2. Proven background in training and facilitation.
3. Bachelor's degree.
4. Coaching experience preferred.
5. Major in fashion preferred.
