- Expand the scope of stylists' expertise to include both fashion and lifestyle styling through advanced training and coaching.
- Facilitate the development of coaching and soft skills to enhance leadership on the sales floor, ensuring accountability and effective outcomes.
- Create and implement programs to enhance stylists' knowledge of fashion trends and styling capabilities, with a focus on men's fashion.
- Provide stylists with timely resources and information on industry news, competitor products, and styling trends.
- Enhance the onboarding program for new stylists to ensure a smooth transition.
- Develop and standardize training and coaching programs for retail teams, ensuring a unified approach across all levels.
- Strengthen coaching programs for newcomers, focusing on practical content such as ready-to-wear fitting guidelines.
- Tailor training methodologies to suit the unique characteristics of each store, such as high-traffic or ready-to-wear focused locations.
- Deliver effective training materials and resources to maximize store business and category sales.
- Cultivate fashion experts through the LV Fashion Academy Program, developing staff competencies and confidence.
- Identify potential retail specialists and update the academy curriculum annually to align with store needs and goals.
- Produce educational materials in accordance with the LV Fashion Academy curriculum.
- Collaborate with the Senior Styling Manager to establish the annual academy budget.
- Minimum of 10 years in luxury retail.
- Proven background in training and facilitation.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Coaching experience preferred.
- Major in fashion preferred.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Influencing and motivating others.
- Leadership and coaching skills.
- Deep knowledge of the fashion and lifestyle industry.
- Strong business acumen.
- Fluency in English.
- Attention to detail.

- Ability to work under pressure.
Minimum of 10 years in luxury retail with a proven background in training and facilitation.
