Louis Vuitton Data Product Manager

- Lead data projects by defining objectives, resources, timelines, and managing budgetary oversight.
- Develop and maintain project plans while coordinating between local and global business and tech teams, as well as external stakeholders.
- Identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
- Implement and monitor data quality indicators, ensuring adherence to data collection, security, and availability standards.
- Supervise and motivate the delivery team responsible for data project implementation, ensuring task planning, milestone tracking, and deliverable quality.
- Manage risks and issues encountered during project delivery.
- Contribute to global and regional data governance initiatives and participate in defining governance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with the Domain Lead and Enterprise Architect to ensure effective integration with the existing information system.
- Stay informed about technologies, integration models, solution usage scope, and regulatory impacts on information systems.
- Bachelor's degree equivalent to a Bac +5 from an engineering school or similar.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar data project management role.
- Strong knowledge of Data Management practices including governance, quality, and data protection.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach in an agile environment.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to drive project success.
- Innovative mindset with a proactive approach.
- Fluency in both English and French, spoken and written.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in data project management, preferably within the HR domain.
Bachelor's degree equivalent to a Bac +5 from an engineering school or similar.
