1. Lead data projects by defining objectives, resources, timelines, and managing budgetary oversight.
2. Develop and maintain project plans while coordinating between local and global business and tech teams, as well as external stakeholders.
3. Identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
4. Implement and monitor data quality indicators, ensuring adherence to data collection, security, and availability standards.
5. Supervise and motivate the delivery team responsible for data project implementation, ensuring task planning, milestone tracking, and deliverable quality.
6. Manage risks and issues encountered during project delivery.
7. Contribute to global and regional data governance initiatives and participate in defining governance policies and procedures.
8. Collaborate closely with the Domain Lead and Enterprise Architect to ensure effective integration with the existing information system.
9. Stay informed about technologies, integration models, solution usage scope, and regulatory impacts on information systems.

1. Bachelor's degree equivalent to a Bac +5 from an engineering school or similar.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar data project management role.

1. Strong knowledge of Data Management practices including governance, quality, and data protection.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach in an agile environment.
3. Demonstrated leadership abilities to drive project success.
4. Innovative mindset with a proactive approach.
5. Fluency in both English and French, spoken and written.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in data project management, preferably within the HR domain.
