- Manage relationships with HR teams and external payroll service providers.
- Provide technical guidance on payroll matters to HR teams.
- Oversee and monitor external payroll vendors in executing monthly payroll processes in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Manage tax procedures and statutory declarations.
- Maintain comprehensive records to support internal controls and audit requirements.
- Implement changes for payroll operations in response to regulatory updates.
- Manage annual insurance renewal processes.
- Lead internal and external audits on payroll.
- Participate in and manage compensation and benefits external surveys.
- Support the implementation of benefits programs and maintain accurate benefits databases.
- Develop detailed analytics and ensure compliance with benefits programs across regions.
- Lead end-to-end mobility support and orchestrate comprehensive relocation services for international assignees.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, specifically in Compensation & Benefits or Singapore payroll and statutory experience within regional multinational corporations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to build and influence relationships at all levels.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven.
- Resourceful with a can-do attitude.
A minimum of 5 years in HR, particularly in Compensation & Benefits or Singapore payroll within regional multinational corporations.
Degree in Human Resources Management or Business.
