1. Optimize the store's commercial performance and lead business development initiatives.
2. Enhance sales, minimize losses, and promote new products in alignment with company objectives.
3. Maximize the potential of all product categories and universes in the store.
4. Cultivate and develop clientele loyalty through CRM events and initiatives.
5. Establish a client-centric mindset and analyze market trends for business development.
6. Ensure daily store operations align with company procedures and standards.
7. Implement plans for efficiency and productivity improvements in store operations.
8. Monitor store expenses, supervise loss prevention, and manage risk.
9. Oversee store security, health, and safety matters.
10. Manage relationships and contracts with external suppliers.
11. Develop and manage the store team, ensuring delivery of the Louis Vuitton Promise.
12. Identify, recruit, and develop talent for succession planning.
13. Translate strategic goals into individual actions and objectives.
14. Set and monitor team and individual performance targets.
15. Provide leadership to ensure a positive team spirit and motivation.
16. Implement human resources policies and resolve staff issues appropriately.
17. Serve as a role model in selling and floor management.
18. Represent the brand at public and store events to promote Louis Vuitton's image.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail management.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury sector and LVMH's brand image.
3. Proactive and results-driven with commercial creativity.
4. Exceptional customer service skills.

1. Strong communication, social, and networking skills.
2. Management and leadership abilities to lead and coach a team.
3. Good reporting and analytical skills.
4. Autonomous and self-motivated with flexibility.
5. Fluency in English, French, and/or Dutch.

Extensive management experience in retail, with at least 8 years in a similar role.
