- Optimize the store's commercial performance and lead business development initiatives.
- Enhance sales, minimize losses, and promote new products in alignment with company objectives.
- Maximize the potential of all product categories and universes in the store.
- Cultivate and develop clientele loyalty through CRM events and initiatives.
- Establish a client-centric mindset and analyze market trends for business development.
- Ensure daily store operations align with company procedures and standards.
- Implement plans for efficiency and productivity improvements in store operations.
- Monitor store expenses, supervise loss prevention, and manage risk.
- Oversee store security, health, and safety matters.
- Manage relationships and contracts with external suppliers.
- Develop and manage the store team, ensuring delivery of the Louis Vuitton Promise.
- Identify, recruit, and develop talent for succession planning.
- Translate strategic goals into individual actions and objectives.
- Set and monitor team and individual performance targets.
- Provide leadership to ensure a positive team spirit and motivation.
- Implement human resources policies and resolve staff issues appropriately.
- Serve as a role model in selling and floor management.
- Represent the brand at public and store events to promote Louis Vuitton's image.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail management.
- Strong understanding of the luxury sector and LVMH's brand image.
- Proactive and results-driven with commercial creativity.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong communication, social, and networking skills.
- Management and leadership abilities to lead and coach a team.
- Good reporting and analytical skills.
- Autonomous and self-motivated with flexibility.
- Fluency in English, French, and/or Dutch.
Extensive management experience in retail, with at least 8 years in a similar role.
