Louis Vuitton RSE Social Projects Assistant

- Coordinate, consolidate, and analyze annual RSE reports focusing on social aspects in alignment with the 'Notre Voyage Engagé' strategy.
- Conduct research and benchmarking on innovative diversity and inclusion initiatives within the corporate sector.
- Support the operational management of internal awareness and skill-building projects, including training deployment and inclusive job offer testing.
- Facilitate existing community partnerships, manage indicators, and share best practices among RSE correspondents.
- Identify and establish new relevant partnerships for Louis Vuitton.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of internal communication strategies on RSE topics through digital tools, communication materials, and events.
- Organize employee engagement events focused on RSE topics, such as solidarity races.
- Monitor and identify innovative and experiential communication solutions for RSE topics.
- Enrollment in a business school, university, or equivalent with a specialization in social/societal RSE.
- Previous experience in the RSE field is preferred.
- Recognized for rigor, autonomy, synthesis skills, initiative-taking, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort in multi-stakeholder interactions.
- Fluency in French and English for telephonic exchanges, meetings, and written and oral presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Creativity and proactivity in continuous improvement initiatives.
Ideal candidates will have some prior experience in the RSE domain, though beginners are welcome to apply.
Currently pursuing higher education in a relevant field.
