- Set training priorities in collaboration with Field Coach Trainers based on market and store needs.
- Foster a culture of in-store coaching and development.
- Conduct frequent store visits to observe client interactions and support coaching efforts.
- Assist Store Managers in creating individual coaching plans and enhancing selling skills.
- Provide continuous feedback to Store Managers and HR regarding team performance.
- Develop action plans for improving customer satisfaction based on Mystery Shopping and VOICE results.
- Drive key training initiatives and ensure visibility of training activities to Store Management.
- Monitor the quality and impact of in-store training through regular follow-ups.
- Substantial experience as a Retail Trainer or in a managerial role within a fast-paced, brand-driven retail environment.
- Proven experience in training delivery and coaching.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to influence and manage by coaching.
