- Set learning priorities in collaboration with Field Coach Trainers according to market and store needs.
- Foster and develop a culture of in-store coaching.
- Observe client interactions and support coaching of team members.
- Support Store Managers in building individual coaching plans.
- Provide ongoing feedback to Store Managers and HR on team performance.
- Develop action plans for improving client satisfaction.
- Drive key learning initiatives through in-store coaching.
- Ensure Store Management team visibility on learning activities.
- Manage and monitor the quality and impact of in-store learning.
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate retail learning programs.
- Facilitate product learning in collaboration with the Merchandising team.
- Partner with Central and Zone Learning teams on corporate programs.
- Nurture Field Coach trainers and provide support for special projects.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Capability to coach and manage by influence.
- Ability to deliver feedback at any level.
- Trust and integrity with well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Open-mindedness and acceptance of cultural diversity.
- Organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Substantial experience as a Retail Trainer or in a managerial role in a brand-driven and fast-paced retail company, ideally within the fashion, luxury, or hospitality industry, and in a multicultural environment. Proven experience in learning delivery and coaching others. Minimum 5 years required.
Bachelor's degree in relevant business administration, marketing, or a related field.
