- Set learning priorities in collaboration with Field Coach Trainers tailored to market and store needs.
- Foster and develop a culture of in-store coaching.
- Conduct store visits to observe client interactions and support coaching efforts.
- Assist Store Managers in creating individual coaching plans based on team gap analysis.
- Provide ongoing feedback to Store Managers and HR on team performance.
- Develop action plans to enhance client satisfaction and retail performance.
- Drive learning initiatives through sustained in-store coaching.
- Ensure Store Management is informed about learning activities and progress.
- Monitor in-store learning quality and impact through follow-up and store visits.
- Plan and evaluate retail learning programs in collaboration with HR.
- Facilitate product learning and optimize cross-selling through role play and coaching.
- Partner with Central and Zone Learning teams to implement corporate programs.
- Nurture and guide Field Coach Trainers, supporting special projects and store openings.
- Encourage Field Coach Trainers to gather client insights for learning opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in French, Dutch, Polish, or a Nordic language is advantageous.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Proven capability to coach and manage by influence.
- Ability to deliver feedback across organizational levels.
- Trust and integrity with well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Open-mindedness and acceptance of cultural diversity.
- Organizational skills in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strong interest in fashion and luxury.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the 8-country network.
Minimum of 5 years of substantial experience as a Retail Trainer or in a managerial role within a brand-driven, fast-paced retail company, ideally in the fashion, luxury, accessories, or hospitality industry, and in a multicultural environment. Proven significant experience in learning delivery and coaching others is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
