- Identify and manage talent pools within key retail domains, ensuring rigorous tracking of high-potential individuals.
- Conduct career interviews and talent assessments to foster internal talent growth and mobility.
- Collaborate with HR and talent communities across the Maison and LVMH Group to facilitate inter-Maison and inter-Group mobility and succession planning.
- Lead the Organization Management Review (OMR) process in collaboration with operational HR teams.
- Oversee annual performance review campaigns, including manager support and employee training.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and skill development at all organizational levels.
- Identify training needs and implement training plans in collaboration with operational HR teams.
- Supervise talent development programs and measure their impact on performance.
- Ensure the implementation of talent acquisition policies and standards across all retail sectors.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including campus recruitment and seasonal campaigns.
- Participate in EMEA and Maison initiatives, positioning France as a leader in these efforts.
- Collaborate with the Métiers d’Excellence to strengthen partnerships within retail France.
- Participate in the launch of new HR tools and data projects.
- Engage in CSR initiatives related to recruitment and career development.
- Manage and develop the recruitment and HR development team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Proven experience in talent management with at least 10 years in operational HR management.
- Significant track record in talent development.
- Prior experience in a retail environment is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Strong analytical and observational abilities.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work autonomously in a high-exposure environment.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Minimum of 10 years in talent management and operational HR management, with a significant track record in talent development.
