Louis Vuitton Operations Manager

- Lead and inspire the stock team to support the delivery of the Louis Vuitton Promise by modeling the brand's attitudes.
- Provide consistent coaching, identify training needs, and collaborate with the Field Coach Trainer and Store Manager to tailor individual development plans.
- Recruit and develop talent, ensuring succession plans are in place in collaboration with management.
- Set individual and team goals, manage performance, and foster a positive work environment.
- Oversee product flow and stock control, optimizing operations from delivery to shop floor.
- Develop initiatives to improve stock management and reduce stock loss.
- Ensure adherence to shop soiled and defective procedures in partnership with sales management.
- Track stock KPIs and review with the Store Director monthly.
- Collaborate with Logistics & Supply Chain to address issues and improve processes.
- Minimize security risks by implementing appropriate procedures and ensuring team training.
- Manage incident reports and collaborate with the regional Operations Manager on action plans.
- Oversee facilities, maintenance, and IS&T, supporting store management with external supplies and supplier processes.
- Substantial experience in a stock or managerial role within a brand-driven, fast-paced retail company, preferably in the fashion, luxury, or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of stock operations and KPIs.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Professional attitude and sense of service.
- Interest in fashion and luxury.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a highly brand-driven and fast-paced retail company.
