- Provide direct support to the production workshop and integrate into production routines.
- Identify, analyze, and propose solutions for manufacturing process issues.
- Prioritize and manage production-related actions in collaboration with the Production Manager and according to company priorities.
- Manage product and process modification requests within the sector.
- Oversee the prototyping phase and update production ranges, articles, and nomenclatures using Windchill/SAP.
- Develop and update manufacturing plans using CREO and design tooling, ensuring their procurement and validation in the workshop.
- Create industrialization dossiers while meeting quality, timeline, and cost objectives.
- Develop and enhance team standards, including target ranges and model plans.
- Participate in production improvement projects such as 5S and visual management.
- Lead or contribute to projects related to the implementation of new processes.
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role within an industrial environment, with mandatory experience in horology.
- Expertise in horological industrialization, including movement, assembly, and casing processes for both series production and development.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (CREO) and PLM systems (preferably Windchill).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and a strong initiative.
Minimum 5 years in a similar role within an industrial environment, with mandatory experience in horology.
