- Participate in a 24-month Management Trainee Program designed to develop next-generation retail leaders.
- Engage in international onboarding experiences and on-the-job training.
- Rotate through Retail and Corporate functions to gain comprehensive operational experience.
- Collaborate with Client Development and Retail Operations to enhance the client journey.
- Contribute to diverse corporate projects across various departments.
- Participate in regional projects within the North Asia Zone, including Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and South Korea.
- Receive mentorship from senior leaders to build a strong foundation for future leadership roles.

- Fresh graduate or less than three years of working experience.
