1. Participate in a 24-month Management Trainee Program designed to develop next-generation retail leaders.
2. Engage in international onboarding experiences and on-the-job training.
3. Rotate through Retail and Corporate functions to gain comprehensive operational experience.
4. Collaborate with Client Development and Retail Operations to enhance the client journey.
5. Contribute to diverse corporate projects across various departments.
6. Participate in regional projects within the North Asia Zone, including Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and South Korea.
7. Receive mentorship from senior leaders to build a strong foundation for future leadership roles.

4. Fluency in English and an Asian language relevant to the local market.
5. Fresh graduate or less than three years of working experience.
