- Provide comprehensive HR cycle support to HR Business Partners across eight countries.
- Manage in and out staff administration, including recruitment, contracts, onboarding, and payroll processes.
- Oversee HRIS database management.
- Assist in corporate HR reporting.
- Facilitate internal and external communications.
- Participate in various HR projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in Dutch, French, or Nordic languages is advantageous.
- Proficiency in IT tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, proactive approach, and solution-oriented mindset.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
