- Manage administrative tasks related to personnel management.
- Support team leaders with employee leave and various time management issues.
- Ensure the tracking and updating of reports and indicators.
- Monitor the progress of the training plan while adhering to budget and time constraints.
- Address the training needs of leather goods artisans in collaboration with team leaders and trainers.
- Anticipate and plan regulatory training sessions independently through reporting.
- Oversee the management of internal and external training files, including documentation and archiving.
- Accurately maintain HR dashboards and monitor timekeeping records.
- Assist in developing the following year's training plan and evaluating the current year's outcomes.
- Participate in communication plan activities and create internal communication materials.
- Organize internal events such as biodiversity initiatives and seasonal gatherings.
- Produce video and photo content related to HR activities.
- Recruit warehouse staff, interns, and apprentices, including CV screening and interviews.
- Coordinate the onboarding and integration of new employees.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine service-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated rigor, organizational skills, and autonomy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Adaptability to change and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Sensitivity to field experiences, as the position is based in a warehouse environment.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources.
