1. Provide strategic and operational HR support to retail and office employees across the UK, Ireland, and South Africa.
2. Develop and deliver HR programs aligned with the Business and People Roadmap.
3. Act as a key advisor to business stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations for coaching, retention, and succession planning.
4. Champion Louis Vuitton's culture and core values, driving functional excellence with a continuous improvement mindset.
5. Collaborate with team managers and store managers to understand business contexts and provide effective people advice.
6. Support talent growth and development through coaching, development action planning, and training.
7. Promote the global Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in all processes across the UK, Ireland, and South Africa.
8. Facilitate talent management initiatives to ensure a strong pipeline of internal and external talent.
9. Work in partnership with the learning team to foster a continuous learning and development culture.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR role.

3. Proficiency in talent management and development.
4. Capability to promote and embed the global EVP.
5. Experience in facilitating talent management initiatives.
