- Provide strategic and operational HR support to retail and office employees across the UK, Ireland, and South Africa.
- Develop and deliver HR programs aligned with the Business and People Roadmap.
- Act as a key advisor to business stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations for coaching, retention, and succession planning.
- Champion Louis Vuitton's culture and core values, driving functional excellence with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Collaborate with team managers and store managers to understand business contexts and provide effective people advice.
- Support talent growth and development through coaching, development action planning, and training.
- Promote the global Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in all processes across the UK, Ireland, and South Africa.
- Facilitate talent management initiatives to ensure a strong pipeline of internal and external talent.
- Work in partnership with the learning team to foster a continuous learning and development culture.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong relationship-building skills with team and store managers.
- Ability to impact business performance through effective people partnering.
- Proficiency in talent management and development.
- Capability to promote and embed the global EVP.
- Experience in facilitating talent management initiatives.
