- Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring a candidate-centric recruitment process that attracts high-performing professionals.
- Develop and implement innovative talent attraction strategies utilizing various tools, including social media.
- Collaborate with management to deliver effective HR services aligned with business strategy and resource planning.
- Support development conversations, succession planning, and employee engagement strategies.
- Manage annual HR processes such as salary and performance reviews, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Proactively identify and manage employee relations to achieve win-win solutions and resolve cases without escalation.
- Ensure data accuracy in HRIS and oversee smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Collaborate with the Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate data collection and processing.
- Contribute to HR trend analysis and maintain compliance with current regulations.
- Lead transversal HR topics such as CSR, employee wellbeing, DEI, health and safety, and social relations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in retail or service sectors.
- Advanced knowledge of Belgian employment law, payroll, and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR strategies.
- Capability to interact effectively with diverse audiences.
- Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous, including French, Dutch, German, Italian, and Spanish.
A minimum of 5 years in human resources, with a preference for experience in the retail or service sectors.
