Louis Vuitton EMEA Support Delivery Manager

- Oversee the performance of the EMEA Help Desk, ensuring both quantitative and qualitative excellence.
- Coordinate assistance and support chains with technical and functional teams, facilitating seamless incident and request management.
- Monitor incident resolution from inception to completion, ensuring effective user communication and satisfaction measurement across EMEA.
- Lead the Change Advisory Board to ensure new technical or application scopes are adequately supported.
- Collaborate with EMEA CISOs to manage security escalations and remediation tracking.
- Address support needs with stakeholders, liaising with vendors and central teams.
- Manage the deployment of new ITSM tool features.
- Conduct technology watch, workshops, and needs assessments for new tool implementation.
- Track IT solution deployment projects, ensuring support procedures are established and maintained.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent, with a specialization in major support domains such as workstations, iOS, networks, and systems.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven technical expertise in managing workstations within complex application environments.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITIL tools, and a solid grasp of IT infrastructure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with application and technical teams.
- Recognized for service orientation, autonomy, and agility.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- ITIL certification and knowledge of ServiceNow are advantageous.
- Technical proficiency in workstation management.
- Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL frameworks.
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
- Service-oriented mindset with a focus on user satisfaction.
- Ability to work autonomously and adaptively.
A minimum of 7 years in a similar role, demonstrating technical expertise and leadership in IT support management.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
