1. Represent the brand by handling customer interactions via phone, email, and chat to provide an exceptional client experience.
2. Conduct customer consultations regarding the brand and all products.
3. Manage inbound and outbound communications, with a focus on outbound actions such as calls, emails, and SMS.
4. Engage in sales activities.
5. Possibility of weekend work, maintaining a 40-hour work week.

1. Associate degree or higher.
2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, including service or retail sales roles.
3. Strong sales orientation and excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to handle inbound and outbound call tasks, focusing on outbound actions.
5. Experience in CRM-based call marketing preferred.
6. Preferred experience of over 2 years in clienteling.
7. Proficiency in foreign languages, such as English, is an advantage.

Minimum 3 years

Associate degree or higher.
