- Assess all incoming repairs and determine repairability using dedicated systems and instructions.
- Handle a range of client contacts, including payment collection and customer service issues, with expected quality standards.
- Document all calls and email correspondence to track customer inquiries and feedback using CRM software.
- Maintain exemplary customer service by adhering to Quality Customer Service Standards, Louis Vuitton Etiquette, and Selling Ceremony.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and research issues related to repairs, sometimes requiring coordination with the repair center.
- Communicate with Product Assessment, Logistics, and Client Services teams to report feedback on shipments and ensure client communication.
- Stay informed on all products and departmental initiatives, proactively identifying areas for improvement in Client Care.
