Louis Vuitton Compliance Manager

- Lead and organize governance related to compliance with the Duty of Vigilance in collaboration with industrial divisions and the Group.
- Develop and implement internal control systems ensuring compliance with the Sapin II law and Duty of Vigilance, promoting continuous process improvement and risk identification.
- Coordinate and animate teams involved in compliance frameworks across various industrial divisions and geographical areas.
- Oversee the strategy and execution of audits related to the Duty of Vigilance, providing a consolidated view of control maturity and organizational risk exposure.
- Supervise and support the development of internal controllers and lead external auditors for supplier audits related to the Duty of Vigilance and Sapin II law.
- Ensure the effective implementation of action plans derived from audit and internal control findings.
- Foster collaboration with counterparts from other Maisons on shared internal audit and control activities.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in audit and internal control, ideally with audit or consulting firms, complemented by at least three years in an international company.
- Strong leadership skills and an aptitude for operational matters.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects involving various stakeholders and geographical areas.
- In-depth knowledge of key regulations such as Sapin II law and Duty of Vigilance, with the ability to assimilate new standards and frameworks.
- Fluency in English and French, with Italian as a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate diplomacy.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Minimum 10 years of experience in audit and internal control, ideally within an international context.
