Louis Vuitton Clienteling and Communication Intern

- Compile weekly and monthly reports on clienteling activities, including outreaches, appointments, and contact rates.
- Extract, follow up, and analyze data using various software tools such as Client Analysis Tool, Marketing Target, and Salesforce.
- Create and distribute clienteling tools to stores, including templates, pictures, and lookbooks.
- Animate the clienteling community through diverse communication channels and audiences.
- Manage phone attribution for store teams, coordinating with HR and IT, and oversee invoicing across eight countries.
- Monitor media publications and press clippings, providing weekly and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with PR agencies, assisting with monthly calls, press days, launches, and trips.
- Organize shooting logistics, liaising with stylists and Paris for look requests and managing deliveries.
- Coordinate influencer loans and gifting.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch, French, or Nordic languages is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and a sense of ownership.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proactive, flexible, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

Entry-level experience, with retail experience considered an asset.
