- Conduct comprehensive studies on customer profiles and behaviors across retail and e-retail channels.
- Analyze customer trends and convert demographic, transactional, and engagement data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate commercial performance and suggest improvements.
- Develop and oversee targeted Clienteling campaigns, ensuring effective implementation and result analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental business specialists to fulfill customer data analysis needs and optimize business opportunities.
- Lead regional correspondents in enhancing customer knowledge through training, simplified reporting, and support for ad hoc analyses.
- Support Team Managers in business development and sales by providing localized clienteling reports and action plans.
- Create and implement strategic action plans to proactively drive business growth.
- Report on client evolution and local clienteling KPIs on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for Front and DPCA teams.
- Facilitate audience creation for EMEA-wide and local activities for Front and DPCA teams.
- Collaborate with performance and experts' teams to ensure accurate conversion reporting for clienteling campaigns.
- Manage clienteling time with RTA based on project priorities.
- Develop data visualizations to monitor performance effectively.
- Act as the project owner for Icons and Power BI initiatives.
- Coach and train on tools, including Icons device distribution and usage.
- Streamline internal request processes and manage incoming Icons requests.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in SQL; knowledge of Dataiku is advantageous.
- Excellent strategic presentation skills, both orally and via PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with non-data specialists.
- Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of customer marketing.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar analytical role within the luxury fashion or related industry.
