Responsibilities
- Organize client experience events, activities, and in-store animations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with VIP clients, providing exceptional experiences.
- Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the CD & Events team or external third parties to create strategies and experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client experience and increase loyalty.
- Ensure quality control and maintain Louis Vuitton standards across client experiences.
- Analyze market trends and competitors, recommending areas for business development.
- Improve client segmentation, profiling, and targeting to recruit new high-potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Manage cost control and budgets for all activities with the CD team, monitoring results and profitability.
- Plan, perform, and manage Louis Vuitton Maison Seoul animations and events on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
- Partner with other teams to plan exclusive events to recruit, upgrade, and reactivate clients.
- Support and execute with related staff to deliver exceptional client experiences for private client relations.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in F&B management or VIP client treatment, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.
- Experience with menu development, vendor management, and financial analysis is beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field may be preferred.
- Relevant certifications or training in F&B management or culinary arts are beneficial.
