Louis Vuitton Client Development Manager

- Organize and manage client experience events, activities, and in-store animations.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with Very Important Clients (VICs), ensuring an exceptional experience.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or surpass revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and Events team or external partners to devise strategies and experiences.
- Enhance client experience strategies to boost client loyalty.
- Ensure adherence to Louis Vuitton standards across all client interactions.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors, providing analysis and recommendations for business development.
- Improve client segmentation, profiling, and targeting to attract high-potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Manage cost control and budgets for all activities, monitoring results and profitability.
- Plan, execute, and manage Louis Vuitton Maison Seoul (LVMS) animations and events on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
- Collaborate with other teams to plan exclusive events aimed at recruiting new clients, upgrading existing clients, and reactivating lapsed clients.
- Support and execute strategies with related staff to enhance client experiences for LVMS private client relations.
- 8+ years of experience in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in F&B management or VIC treatment in a luxury or high-end environment.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications or training in F&B management or culinary arts beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills, including decision-making, problem-solving, and delegation.
- Exceptional client service skills.
- Open-mindedness and a positive mindset.
- Teamwork spirit and agility.
- Strong curiosity for innovation.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is required, with a preference for those with a background in F&B management or VIC treatment in luxury environments.
Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
