- Establish and maintain relationships with VIP clients through exceptional client experience events and in-store activities.
- Implement strategies to enhance client experience and foster client loyalty.
- Support the execution of sales strategies to achieve or surpass revenue targets.
- Improve client segmentation, profiling, and targeting to attract new high-potential clients.
- Collaborate with the Private Client Relation & Events team and external partners to create innovative strategies and experiences.
- Plan and execute exclusive events to recruit new clients, upgrade existing clients, and reactivate lapsed clients.
- Ensure Louis Vuitton standards are consistently applied and maintained across all client interactions.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for business development.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Manage budgeting and cost control for activities, monitoring results and profitability.
- Support and collaborate with staff to deliver exceptional client experiences for private client relations.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in F&B management or VIC treatment in a luxury or high-end environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills, including decision-making and problem-solving.
- Exceptional client service skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and vendors.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury sector, with a focus on client development and relationship management.
Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
