1. Minimum three years of retail experience; prior experience in a high‑end or luxury environment strongly preferred.
2. Proven commercial mindset with a demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
3. Demonstrated aptitude for client relationship building and clienteling, with meticulous attention to client needs and discretion.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to engage a diverse, international clientele.
