1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience advantageous).

4. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Background in luxury retail is a plus.
6. Interest in luxury fashion and awareness of current trends.

Beginner level experience required, preferably in luxury retail or customer service environments.
