- Lead the development of operational excellence in Care Services in accordance with brand standards.
- Empower team members through training and workshops to enhance their knowledge in Care Services.
- Build and execute business strategies to support selling teams with best practices and client experiences.
- Maintain impeccable product knowledge with an analytical and commercial mindset.
- Ensure quality issues and repairs are addressed in line with lead-time targets.
- Organize the Care Services and Repairs area to drive best practices and develop new ideas.
- Ensure accurate compliance with processes and customs requirements for repairs and shipments to the Paris Repair Centre.
- Communicate regularly with the stock team to manage defective exchanges.
- Lead the development of team members in Care Services across the network.
- Follow up with clients regarding their items or queries.
- Achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for Care Services results versus targets.
- Manage aftersales feedback and create actions based on the feedback.
- Partner with managers to provide feedback to Head Office and identify opportunities in Care Services.
- Create and implement action plans to drive business and maximize Care Services performance.
- Act as an ambassador and role model for the category, demonstrating passion and enthusiasm.
- Collaborate with RPM, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to enhance regional and international Care Services communications.
- Support and train the store team on Care Services, developing expertise in in-store repairs.
- Meet with Client Advisors to coach and develop action plans based on performance reviews.
- Contribute to achieving overall store objectives and adapt aftersales to client needs.
- Develop the highest brand and product knowledge.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Advanced knowledge in Care Services and operational excellence.
- Strong leadership and training capabilities.
- Impeccable product knowledge and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage and develop team performance.
