1. Explore and develop technologies for creating a flexible Monogram canvas from recycled coated fabric scraps.
2. Investigate technologies for producing leather reinforcements from recycled leather scraps.
3. Establish and maintain an international patent monitoring system, including methodology, process, operational tracking, and reporting.
4. Assist the Innovation Manager in project management and transition to development teams.
5. Translate internal client needs into project specifications.
6. Conduct necessary technological research and propose promising solutions.
7. Serve as the primary technical contact for external partners.
8. Initiate and validate industrial material tests and prototype production.
9. Coordinate and communicate project progress to stakeholders, including external partners, sourcing, product and material divisions, and marketing.
10. Facilitate regular project team coordination to achieve objectives.

1. Currently in the final year of an engineering school, university, or equivalent, with a focus on textiles, materials, chemistry, or innovation.
2. Analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Initiative-taking and ability to propose new solutions.
4. Strong interpersonal skills, including listening and networking abilities.
5. Autonomous and reliable in achieving results.
6. Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
7. Driver's license.
