- Explore and develop technologies for creating a flexible Monogram canvas from recycled coated fabric scraps.
- Investigate technologies for producing leather reinforcements from recycled leather scraps.
- Establish and maintain an international patent monitoring system, including methodology, process, operational tracking, and reporting.
- Assist the Innovation Manager in project management and transition to development teams.
- Translate internal client needs into project specifications.
- Conduct necessary technological research and propose promising solutions.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for external partners.
- Initiate and validate industrial material tests and prototype production.
- Coordinate and communicate project progress to stakeholders, including external partners, sourcing, product and material divisions, and marketing.
- Facilitate regular project team coordination to achieve objectives.
- Currently in the final year of an engineering school, university, or equivalent, with a focus on textiles, materials, chemistry, or innovation.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.

- Autonomous and reliable in achieving results.
- Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
