- Ensure timely processing from receipt to dispatch to Cergy, with accountability for monthly results.
- React promptly to quality alerts and manage product retrievals.
- Develop and apply in-depth technical expertise to enhance Care Service performance.
- Communicate regularly with the stock team for effective management of defective exchanges.
- Follow up with clients regarding their items or queries.
- Achieve Care Services results against targets.
- Collaborate with management to provide feedback to Head Office on Care Services and identify opportunities.
- Create and implement action plans to drive business and maximize Care Services performance.
- Act as an ambassador for the category, demonstrating passion and enthusiasm.

- Partner with the Field Coach Trainer to enhance Care Service and Repair knowledge in-store.

- Provide regular updates to managers on aftersales topics, delivering trainings.
- Develop expertise in in-store repairs, maintaining quality standards.
- Serve as a regional point of contact for Care Services expertise.
- Participate in store team activities and contribute to overall objectives.
