- Translate and execute corporate training strategy across Central Europe, collaborating with Store Managers.
- Travel frequently between Bucharest and Budapest to implement training plans.
- Conduct in-store coaching and training sessions to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
- Support Store Managers in creating individual coaching plans and conducting gap analyses.
- Lead a culture of in-store coaching, focusing on Client Advisors' development.
- Collaborate with Merchandising for product training and cross-selling skill development.
- Monitor and report on training activities and progress to Store Management.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring consistent integration.
- Identify and develop potential training talent within the store.
- Oversee the in-store Learning Management System (LMS) for accurate training records.
- 5+ years of experience in retail or customer service with a focus on client interaction.
- Experience in training facilitation is required.
- Proven coaching skills and effective communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proactive attitude with a team spirit and initiative-taking capability.
- Passion for fashion, art, and the luxury retail industry.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel monthly.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
