1. Develop comprehensive training programs aligned with strategic goals, collaborating with HR and other departments at both HQ and regional levels.
2. Facilitate engaging training sessions for employees across all organizational levels.
3. Coordinate with external training providers to deliver specialized programs, such as communication and project management skills.
4. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized plans.
5. Provide coaching and support to enhance employee skills and career development.
6. Design and implement mentoring programs to support career growth.

8. Coordinate cross-functional development programs to enhance collaboration and knowledge sharing.

1. University degree in Human Resources, Education, Economics, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering effective programs.
3. Proficiency in English and Italian, with French considered a plus.

1. Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
2. Competence in data analysis tools to evaluate training effectiveness.
3. Knowledge or certification in development and assessment tools such as MBTI, DISC, PI, and Hogan.
