- University degree in Human Resources, Education, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering effective programs.
- Proficiency in English and Italian, with French considered a plus.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Competence in data analysis tools to evaluate training effectiveness.
- Knowledge or certification in development and assessment tools such as MBTI, DISC, PI, and Hogan.
