1. Execute all visual merchandising (VM) actions to maximize business results in alignment with the visual strategy provided by the Regional Visual Manager and business partners.
2. Conduct weekly meetings with the Regional Visual Manager to align on responsibilities and priorities, including rotation schedules, installation planning, travel agendas, and creative guideline reviews.
3. Facilitate weekly touch bases with business partners to align on travel, upcoming rotations, floor planning, business reactivity, and product knowledge development.
4. Manage and execute all VM rotations in collaboration with the Regional Visual Manager, Visual Referents, DSAs, business partners, and in-store teams, ensuring adherence to global VM guidelines.
5. Develop accountable relationships within the wholesale channel to sustain brand VM expectations, including interactions with visual managers, business partners, floor managers, and department heads.
6. Create extraordinary displays that convey brand mood and theme while achieving commerciality and cross-selling within retail and wholesale channels.
7. Manage VM maintenance, store environment, and technical clarity of all client-facing areas, including windows, interiors, mannequin styling, and fixture placement.
8. Collaborate with business partners and in-store teams to ensure VM inventory is organized and maintained.
9. Guide and manage VM and product knowledge training throughout the season and during onboarding of new sales professionals and DSAs.
10. Propose elevated display solutions to the Regional Visual Manager and Director of Visual Merchandising in line with the brand vision.
11. Develop a visual strategy to support peak seasonal periods, including rotation schedules, window styling, and collection placement.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 USD per year, with flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
