1. Assist in maintaining and updating employee handbooks and policy documents.
2. Contribute to the review, development, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
3. Participate in DEI initiatives and projects aimed at promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
4. Facilitate learning & development training sessions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
5. Update HR SharePoint site content to ensure information is accurate, relevant, and easily accessible to employees.
6. Assist in the planning and organization of employee engagement and internship events.
7. Monitor the HR inbox, forwarding messages to the appropriate team members.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date company organization charts.
9. Support the HR team in various ad hoc projects, such as conducting research, preparing presentations, and analyzing data.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
4. Demonstrated passion for HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

Previous HR internship experience is a plus.

The salary is set at $20 USD per hour, with flexibility to recognize various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
