1. Analyze business performance across various channels by evaluating sell-through, sell-in, sell-out, best sellers, slow movers, and other key performance indicators.
2. Monitor sales, develop sales forecasts and projections, optimize stock levels across channels, and propose transfers, cancellations, and replenishments.
3. Conduct daily analysis of sales and stock, generating insights for top management.
4. Contribute to the definition of guidelines for regional merchandising teams during buying campaigns, ensuring product assortment aligns with merchandising strategy.
5. Review orders with regional merchandisers during and after seasonal selling campaigns, providing constant support to local teams.
6. Collaborate with corporate departments such as Collection and Visual Merchandising, Planning, and Finance on cross-functional activities to ensure retail needs are met.

1. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related fields.
2. 3-5 years of experience in fashion or luxury companies as a Retail Merchandiser, Sales Planner, Buyer, or Business Analyst.

1. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint; experience with BO and BI is preferred.
2. Analytical mindset with a passion for quantitative and qualitative analysis of sales performance.
3. Strong relational skills and a team-oriented attitude.
4. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Strong listening skills and confidence in public speaking.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant role within fashion or luxury companies.

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related fields.
