- Monitor bidding processes and optimize event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high standards.
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key vendors and suppliers, driving projects towards optimal outcomes.
- Deploy procurement strategies across various regions, aligning with global objectives and local market dynamics.
- Negotiate high-value contracts with vendors, suppliers, and venues, securing favorable terms and maximizing value.
- Oversee and manage event budgets, ensuring precise forecasting and expense control in collaboration with Finance and Events teams.
- Collaborate with senior internal stakeholders to understand event requirements and support cost-efficient design.
- Develop and maintain a strategic database of preferred vendors and suppliers, aligned with the LVMH preferred vendor list.
- University degree in business administration or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in procurement, with significant experience in events or related agencies.
- Mastery of budget and cost breakdown for events activities.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP is a strong plus.
- In-depth understanding of the luxury events landscape, including key vendors and venues.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-working attitude and flexibility.
- Proficiency in Italian and English, both spoken and written; French is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years in procurement, with significant experience in events or related agencies.
University degree in business administration or a related field.
