1. Lead the procurement process for all Loro Piana events, including sporting events, brand activations, and corporate functions.
2. Conduct detailed market research to identify and evaluate potential vendors and venues.
3. Develop and implement global procurement strategies to onboard top-tier vendors, ensuring high-quality services.
4. Monitor bidding processes and optimize event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards.
5. Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key vendors and suppliers within the events ecosystem.
6. Deploy the procurement strategy across various regions, ensuring alignment with global objectives and local market dynamics.
7. Negotiate high-value contracts with vendors, suppliers, and venues, securing favorable terms and maximizing value for Loro Piana.
8. Oversee and manage event budgets, ensuring precise forecasting and expense control in collaboration with Finance and Events teams.
9. Collaborate closely with senior internal stakeholders to understand event requirements and objectives, supporting cost-efficient design.
10. Develop and maintain a strategic database of preferred vendors and suppliers, aligned with the LVMH preferred vendor list.

1. University degree in business administration or a related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, with significant experience in events or related agencies.

1. Mastery of budget and cost breakdown for events activities.
2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP is a strong plus.
3. In-depth understanding of the luxury events landscape, including key vendors, venues, and industry best practices.
4. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team-working attitude, and flexibility.
6. Proficient in Italian and English, both spoken and written; French is a plus.
7. Willingness to travel in Italy and internationally.

Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, with a significant focus on events or related agencies.

University degree in business administration or a related field.
