1. Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance programs for claims processes, ensuring efficiency from containment to lessons learned.
2. Support the team in problem-solving to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions, ensuring effective service levels.
3. Review complex or high-value claims to ensure proper handling and documentation.
4. Define, monitor, and follow up on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
5. Conduct regular audits and reviews of claims files to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies and procedures.
6. Analyze claim data to identify trends, potential fraud, and opportunities for process improvement.
7. Provide feedback to technical teams to enhance future products.
8. Conduct 'customer view' product audits and define necessary product evolution or improvement.
9. Define a product requalification package to ensure Core Loro Piana Products meet expected quality levels.
10. Provide training and coaching to ensure staff competency and adherence to quality standards.
11. Ensure all claims activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
12. Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements.

1. University degree in engineering or a related field.
2. 10+ years of experience in quality or claims management, preferably in a leadership role.

1. Great knowledge of the 8D Model.
2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.

Minimum of 10 years in quality or claims management, with a preference for leadership experience.

University degree in engineering or a related field.
