Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance programs for claims processes.
- Support team in problem-solving to identify and address root causes of quality issues.
- Review complex or high-value claims to ensure proper handling and documentation.
- Define, monitor, and follow up on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of claims files.
- Analyze claim data to identify trends, potential fraud, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Provide feedback to technical teams to improve future products.
- Conduct 'customer view' product audits and define product evolution/improvement.
- Define a product requalification package for Core Loro Piana Products.
- Provide training and coaching to ensure staff competency.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- University degree in engineering or a related field.
Skills
- Great knowledge of 8D Model.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in quality or claims management, preferably in a leadership role.
Education Requirements
University degree in engineering or a related field.
