Loro Piana Quality Claims Manager

- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance programs for claims processes, from containment to lessons learned.
- Support the team in problem-solving approaches to identify and address root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions, ensuring effective service levels.
- Review complex or high-value claims to ensure proper handling and documentation.
- Define, monitor, and follow up on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of claims files to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Analyze claim data to identify trends, potential fraud, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Provide feedback to technical teams to improve future products.
- Conduct 'customer view' product audits and define product evolution/improvement as necessary.
- Define a product requalification package to assure Core Loro Piana Products meet the expected quality level.
- Provide training and coaching to ensure staff competency and adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure all claims activities are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- University degree in engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in quality or claims management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in the 8D Model and Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
Minimum of 10 years in quality or claims management, preferably in a leadership role.
University degree in engineering or a related field.
