1. Define and implement long-term, medium-term, and short-term production plans in collaboration with the Business Unit, ensuring resource optimization and alignment with company objectives.
2. Constantly monitor production progress and adapt plans based on demand variations and market needs.
3. Prepare executive summaries and reporting deliveries for the entire company and Corporate Management.
4. Analyze demand to identify trends and seasonality.
5. Establish production priorities based on commercial needs and resource availability.
6. Ensure timely deliveries according to the Go To Market calendar.
7. Oversee the planning of restocks, capsules, events, uniforms, PR/VIC garments, responding promptly to commercial requests.
8. Plan Essentials, monitoring their progress, including needs analysis, raw material availability, supplier capacity, and production order launches.
9. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials for Essentials and Carry Over, optimizing replenishment processes.
10. Collaborate closely with other Supply Chain functions to ensure efficient material and product flow.
11. Promote continuous information exchange between Supply Chain functions and other company functions to ensure alignment with business priorities.
12. Collaborate with IT and relevant company functions to refine planning processes and update/develop IT tools.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

1. Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
2. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and critical thinking
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
4. Proficiency in English

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, preferably in a consultancy firm or within the Supply Chain/Planning department of medium to large companies.
