Loro Piana Production Planner

- Define and implement long-term, medium-term, and short-term production plans in collaboration with the Business Unit, ensuring resource optimization and alignment with company objectives.
- Constantly monitor production progress and adapt plans based on demand variations and market needs.
- Prepare executive summaries and deliver reports for the entire company and Corporate Management.
- Analyze demand to identify trends and seasonality.
- Establish production priorities based on commercial needs and resource availability.
- Ensure timely deliveries according to the Go To Market calendar.
- Oversee the planning of restocks, capsules, events, uniforms, PR/VIC garments to respond promptly to commercial requests.
- Plan Essentials, monitoring their progress including needs analysis, raw material availability, supplier capacity, and lead times.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials for Essentials and Carry Over, optimizing replenishment processes.
- Collaborate closely with other Supply Chain functions to ensure efficient flow of materials and finished products.
- Promote continuous information exchange between Supply Chain functions and other company functions to ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Collaborate with IT and relevant company functions for the refinement of planning processes and the development of IT tools.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics
- Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and critical thinking

Preferred: 2 years of experience in a consultancy firm or in the Supply Chain/Planning department of medium to large companies.
