1. Develop, evaluate, and enhance manufacturing processes, ensuring harmonization across production plants through Lean Manufacturing principles.
2. Ensure the efficiency of factory layouts at both macro and micro levels.
3. Collaborate with quality engineers to ensure production processes meet quality standards.
4. Create and continuously improve manufacturing KPIs, OEE, and standards.
5. Drive and support change processes, measuring performance and troubleshooting new implementations.
6. Improve industrial processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase sustainability and profitability.
7. Participate in continuous improvement events or Kaizen projects focused on waste reduction and process quality improvements.
8. Provide comprehensive process documentation and operating instructions.
9. Develop best practices and innovative solutions to improve production rates and output quality.
10. Conduct process and data analysis to support manufacturing in developing performance follow-up tools.

1. 2+ years of experience as a Process Engineer Specialist or similar role.
2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis.
3. Deep understanding of engineering fundamentals and lean manufacturing principles.
4. Excellent project management mindset and process improvement methodologies.
5. Good communication skills for interfacing between departments.
6. Proficiency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and process mapping software.
