Loro Piana Personalization Customer Service Specialist

- Serve as a primary point of contact for stores and areas regarding the management of Personalization orders, including Bespoke, Made-to-Order (MTO), and Made-to-Measure (MTM).
- Receive and process inquiries and orders from stores.
- Clarify potential issues such as delivery dates, measurements, and missing information.
- Communicate order progress and address potential problems, including changes, cancellations, and delays.
- Manage critical issues and problems from stores and customers, such as delays and quality issues.
- Ensure orders are complete and correct before forwarding to production teams.
- Update and track order statuses.
- Follow up with stores on pending inquiries and customer satisfaction.
- Gather feedback from stores and areas.
- Master’s degree in business administration or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in fashion or luxury companies, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of ROL/SAP/ProJ is a plus.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written. A third language is advantageous.
- Ability to build strong relationships with team members and internal stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, precision, teamwork orientation, and flexibility.
Beginner-level experience in fashion or luxury companies, with a preference for previous experience in customer service or personalization.
Master’s degree in business administration or related fields.
