Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for stores and areas regarding Personalization orders (Bespoke, MTO, MTM).
- Receive and manage inquiries/orders from stores.
- Clarify potential doubts such as delivery dates, measurements, and missing information.
- Communicate order progress and address any potential problems such as changes, cancellations, or delays.
- Manage critical issues and problems from stores/customers, including delays and quality issues.
- Ensure orders are complete and correct before forwarding to production teams.
- Update and track order status.
- Follow up with stores about pending inquiries and customer satisfaction.
- Gather feedback from stores and areas.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business administration or related fields.
Skills
- Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to solidify relationships with team and internal stakeholders.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Precision, team-working attitude, and flexibility.
Experience Requirements
1 to 2 years of experience in fashion or luxury companies, with previous experience in the same area preferred.
Education Requirements
Master’s degree in business administration or related fields.
