1. Assist in organizational development and change management projects.
2. Contribute to the implementation and management of HR information systems.
3. Support the onboarding process for new colleagues with HR information and reporting systems.
4. Manage organizational reporting, data input, and ensure data quality related to HR information systems.

1. Master's Degree in Management, Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field.

1. Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong analytical, planning, and deadline monitoring abilities.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills, precision, and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing environments.
5. Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Master's Degree in Management, Economics, Management Engineering, or similar.

Monthly gross pay: €800
