- Assist in organizational development and change management projects.
- Contribute to the implementation and management of HR information systems.
- Support the onboarding process for new colleagues with HR information and reporting systems.
- Manage organizational reporting, data input, and ensure data quality related to HR information systems.
- Master's Degree in Management, Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, planning, and deadline monitoring abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, precision, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing environments.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Master's Degree in Management, Economics, Management Engineering, or similar.
Monthly gross pay: €800
Includes Ticket Restaurant vouchers.
