1. Maintain constant communication with EMEA Retail Operation Team, Store Management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the store.
2. Coordinate all activities related to flagship store operations that are not sales activities.
3. Analyze store operation procedures and implement process optimizations.
4. Support the store manager in organizing daily morning briefings.
5. Coordinate the stock team to maintain accurate and complete inventory.
6. Review logistics and product movement activities with the stock manager to ensure smooth operations.
7. Coordinate in-store picking activities for the e-shop and ensure all monthly KPIs are met.
8. Coordinate cashier procedures and support training on new processes and legal rules.
9. Train cashier team in luxury selling etiquette and ensure performance meets company standards.
10. Act as a Brand Ambassador in managing customer claims and after-sales guidelines.
11. Coordinate all activities of the store back office.
12. Ensure administrative activities comply with company guidelines.
13. Ensure store routine maintenance activities comply with Italian law.
14. Manage travel and expenses.
15. Oversee uniform and clothing management.

1. Minimum 5 years in a managerial role in Operations
