1. Support the definition of the strategic industrial plan, identifying short and long-term initiatives to enhance process flexibility, predictability, cost control, and safety.
2. Lead the industrial CAPEX process, prioritizing initiatives, preparing investment requests with business cases, managing budget progress, and overseeing project reporting.
3. Conduct benchmarking across various industries to identify best practices applicable to textile manufacturing processes.
4. Align infrastructure investments with new technologies, including automation, robotics, IoT integration, and Industry 4.0/5.0 solutions.
5. Act as an internal project manager, defining operational standards, tools, and methodologies for industrial project management.
6. Supervise the entire project lifecycle, from requirement definition to implementation and closure.
7. Participate actively in project implementation on-site, conducting independent activities and collaborating with department heads.
8. Monitor and report project progress through KPIs and performance tracking tools.
9. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure new initiatives are on time, on budget, and meet quality and HSE requirements.
10. Identify external suppliers for integrating new industrial solutions and coordinate their activities during reporting phases.
11. Promote the sharing of best practices and lessons learned to continuously improve industrial project management efficiency.

1. Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial process improvement and CAPEX investment management within a structured industrial environment or consultancy.
3. Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and implementing innovative industrial strategies.

1. Project deployment and management expertise, including setting objectives, timelines, and KPIs.
2. Budgeting and CAPEX management skills, with the ability to conduct cost-benefit analyses.
3. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerBI, and SQL.
4. Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement structured solutions.
5. Knowledge of Industrial Digitalization, including Industry 4.0 and 5.0 technologies.
6. Leadership skills for guiding cross-functional teams and decision-making.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Strategic vision to align industrial improvements with long-term business objectives.
9. Fluent in English (C1); French is a plus.

At least 5 years of experience in industrial process improvement and CAPEX investment management.

Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields.
