1. Conduct daily inventory checks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
2. Coordinate the delivery of goods between the warehouse and retail locations.
3. Process incoming shipments from Italy, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
4. Manage additional logistics requests from individual retail locations.
5. Verify and process invoices using SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
6. Collaborate with the accounting team to verify all invoices from related parties.
7. Monitor goods in transit and communicate status to the accounting team.
8. Distribute import licenses to retail locations as required.
9. Perform physical inventory checks at each retail location.

1. University degree in a relevant field.
2. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.
3. Preferred background in international trading or SCM studies.
4. Proficiency in customs clearance and duty tax processes.

1. Strong understanding of retail and consumer goods supply chain management processes.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in computer systems including SAP, ERP, and department EDI systems.
4. Business-level proficiency in English for communication with headquarters.

Minimum of 3 years in logistics and supply chain management, preferably within the retail or consumer goods sectors.

University degree in a relevant field.
