Loro Piana is a renowned luxury fashion brand known for its high-quality textiles and sophisticated designs, operating within the Fashion & Leather Goods sector.

1. Provide logistic process support to the manager and relevant departments.
2. Procure and manage logistics services.
3. Control third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, and customs agents.
4. Control inventory through the system.
5. Perform daily inventory checks.
6. Deliver goods between the warehouse and shops.
7. Process new shipments from Italy.
8. Manage additional requests from shops.
9. Verify invoices in SAP and present them to the accounts team.
10. Check goods in transit and inform the accounts team.
11. Send import licenses to shops.
12. Conduct physical inventory checks at each shop.

1. University degree
2. Minimum 2-4 years of logistics and supply chain management experience
3. International trading or SCM relevant study preferred
4. Custom clearance and duty tax clearance process knowledge
5. Understanding of retail and consumer goods SCM process

1. Great interpersonal and communication skills
2. Proficiency in computer skills, SAP, ERP, and department EDI systems
3. Business communication skills in English

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

University degree
